Poor service

Named Sears 5:00 am on 5/5/09 for service on our water heater because no hot water. Sears delivered support specialist out on 5/6/09.

Specialist quit without fixing heater since didn't possess the components, that'll consider 4 times to get. So we, a household of 8 including 4 kids will need to bathtub with cold-water for 4 times.

Named Sears service-center to protest, but was transferred twice, ultimately closing to some registered voice communication.

We buy all our devices from Sears.
