I submitted a problem against Convenience Handle using the greater business agency at the conclusion of January since I'd no-heat and Luxury Handle wouldn't restore my heater that we purchased from their store and was mounted by them on November 9. I named Convenience Handle on January 19 and advised them that my heater wasn't functioning. They sent a specialist which charged me 180.00 to get a new service agreement. I paid them by check. Two nights later my heater again ceased operating and that I named them up for support. The specialist again arrived and explained the heater had an issue using the control panel which it must be changed. After I named again they'd a specialist come at 9:00 pm to inform me that I simply needed to push some wire about the heater also it might make it work. I'd to achieve that on many events and lastly got some sparks being released in the wires. I advised Convenience Handle plus they explained the component that required fix might charge me $845. Oo. I told them to get hold of the maker since the agreement mentioned that I'd a-5 year manufacturer guarantee. They claimed they'd do this. Following a week of no solution, I named the maker myself plus they questioned me for that sequential amount of the heater that we offered them-and they explained that it'd a-5 year manufacturer guarantee which I ought to contact the company and tell them. I named Convenience Handle and talked to Lou that was the individual I had been coping with all-along and informed him to please contact the maker for that component and I would like to understand. He explained okay. Next discussion Convenience Handle would not answer my calls. I named 311 to provide my criticism plus they called me to Dept. Of Consumer Affairs.
