I haven't even signed a contract

I began Kickboxing Courses about 6 months before - I did so attempt twice per week for 2 months before I determined that I loved it.

At this time I had been requesting pricing to register - among the teachers stated it'd be $100 monthly having a one month termination. For my next course I introduced a check and offered it to him.

Friday of a week ago I obtained a notice from EFC that they can be getting the total amount out-of my bill each month today???

I did so try calling them immediately on Friday (remaining concept) in addition to Friday, Thursday and Thursday... Well I had been getting edgy. I eventually talked with among the administrators "Raj" - he explained he cant see something within the program that I actually named... I told him I NEVER closed a deal however and just how they get my info... He explained today at 1pm he may retieve the information from my college and certainly will email it in my experience by tomorrow - ha - that bit of doc I do want to discover...

Minute - I'm attempting to contact the accountable individual at my college that we discovered he is going this week therefore no chance here.

After I read a lot of grievances about EFC I'm worried really... I've approached my bank also.
