Helmets, Etc. This company is corrupt and is a complete rip off! Shop cautiously when considering this company, they will scam you!

I ordered (and paid for) 'in stock' helmets from this company. I received a 'thank you' e-mail from them immediately. I waited 3 weeks for a follow up shipping confirmation e-mail, when none came I sent a status request e-mail to this company with no reply. I e-mailed them several times there after again with out a reply.

I attempted to contact them via telephone however their phone was disconnected (go figure). It is nearly impossible to locate their contact information (none disclosed on their web site).

Thankfully I used my American Express. After reading a few other rip off reports about this company I decided to contact my credit card company and they suspended the charge they had already processed on my card.

Helmets, etc.inc. Is an awful company and should not be permitted to operate a web site. It is quite clear they are scam artists! Buyer beware when considering this company. An angry shopper from Massachusetts.
