Terrible Service

Named to obtain a wheelchair modification / fix on Thursday, and was informed they'd have the ability to emerge Friday of the next week. Thursday comes with no technology, and so I named them again plus they stated it'd be Friday. Named them Friday plus they stated they'd not have the ability to emerge since the technology hadnot experienced work all week— could not they've explained that before? Assistant was rude and unfavorable each time I talked to her.
