Account cancelation ignored, sent to collections

I needed a-6 month account for their membership. After I visited register the salesperson explained that there is not really a prepaid 6-month choice, but that I really could subscribe to per month to month and complete the cancelation types that evening by having an end-date six months later. And so I registered to get a every month account and completed the cancelation type. Six months later I ceased being billed on my charge card. It's now been annually because the "finish" of my consideration and that I am being bothered (17 phone nowadays) by their choices company. I've talked using their corporate records division plus they are not prepared to supply me having a notice to provide towards the credit companies, merely a bill for that cost of just one full-year where the support wasn't employed.

I'm calling my attorney and you will be processing case for that costs in addition to the expense related to repairing my credit rating.

DoN't conduct business with this particular organization. They're not moral. You will find a lot of grievances on the internet I'm shocked the FTC hasn't walked in.
