Very Poor customer service

I've talked with 4 persons today only at that organization attempting to stop my membership plus they proceed to consider cash out-of my consideration, without having my permission! They explained they require a 30-day created cancelation notice but no real matter what I'll be billed one or more more month. It was not created within the agreement and just why did the very first person I talked with not tell me this. Therefore today since they're questionable I'm losing $140 that I have to spend additional expenses. The very first person I talked with explained the consideration could be cancled which my cash could be returned. Then what are you aware they consider more income from me and therefore are likely to consider atleast another month-out. Anytime exercise must be ceased and thus does ABC finanical. This isn't reasonable, they're tearing people down and receiving away withit. They're taking cash and being really questionable about all of this.
