Offer was not honored

I determined in May to register to get a 6-month membership for eHarmony. The explanation for my choice was at that time they provided in the event that you registered for that 6-month strategy and didn't create a link they'd supply another 6-month account at free I simply needed to create atleast 1 contact per month that we did. Our subscription finished without any link and so I approached them to recognize their offer. I had been recommended by customer support we don't create any guarantees on assembly somebody plus they haven't provided this. They stated it should have been another organization. They declined to help me. I never registered with another organization to get a 6-month membership because of the cost. The only real cause I did below was I thought it had been much easily did not find somebody I'd obtain a 12 months membership to get a 6-month cost. This type of person a rip-off and that I have since shut my consideration and am out lots of cash.
