The corporation stated on the website aswell by their representative that it's unlimited calling intend to 70 nations including asia us uk and canada for $29.99 per month from home phone. And so i registered for the service on monthly basis and they also gave me a promotional offer to incorporate my mobile phone for additional $9.99 per month. I established together if you will find any additional charges for example service or administration of course if endless means endless. They said no additional charge and endless means there's nolimit. And so i registered on march 7th and gave them my charge card number. On 8th goal they cost $67.74, on april 8th they cost $48.13, on may 7th for $50.34. I called them in mid april to understand why they're charging added. They explained there's something acess charge first month that i had been not informed after i registered i obtain them to cancel my support. Representative move me to somebody who never responded. I tried many times possibly no answer or if you talk to someone they both say it's new initial division or call back to speak with client service. I finelly talked to your lady on may 2nd and cancel my support. After i expected for confirmation number or reference number she said we dont give any ref or conf quantity but rest assure your account is been canceled. Once they again cost me on may 8th i named them on may 10th after i visit a demand of $50.34 on my declaration they said we never received your demand cancelation. I talked for their boss mr. Shukla and discovered that why i had been charged extra is basically because their endless includes a restriction and so they only make use of this endless phrase to obtain more clients. I asked him to cancel my service in the place and refund me for $50.34 and provide me a confirmation number he didnot supply me any evidence number or any return. Subsequently i called my credit card company american express to prevent any more charges to the organization. They said because it is prepaid payment per month they can't stop this but american express repetition. Spoke to your crystel conversation representative. To verify the cancelation on threeway contacting they confirmed account will be cancelled and they'll send confirmation by email. That we never received. On june 8th they send me another email that i've a outstanding bill from may 8th to june 8th for 47.58. Once they currently cost me for that period. My last alternative would be to cancel my bank card before they charge me anymore money. This organization is just a large scam and may not be allowed to create people trick i documented the corporation to all the related regulators but unfortunatly no reaction. So dont waste your hard earned cash to register with the corporation normally you'll regret.
