Do NOT NOT NOT buy from this company!

I will never buy from these people again and I want to make sure that other consumers know not to buy from these people. It has been 2 months since I placed my order. I never received a shipping confirmation, so I kept emailing them asking where my stuff was. After 4 weeks of this, I requested a refund. They said funds take 72 hours to process, which sounded fine to me as long as I got my money back. Yep, it's been 4 weeks now. They told me to check with my bank. Check. They told me that I can't speak to the manager because he's in a meeting. Check. They told me I can't come to the store (not that I would anyway) because they are moving. Check. They told me that they switched processors after they issued my refund, so I need to contact Visa and see what went wrong. Check.

These people are liars. I told the girl on the phone, who was actually nice, that I honestly had trouble believing that they processed the refund because of the terrible reviews that I had already read about the company online.

On the BBB site, this company has a rating of F. I wish it would go lower.

I want my money back. That's all there is to it. I didn't get a product and they got my money, so I lose. I'm not going to give up.
