Worst Shopping Experience EVER - Ordered on line and still frustrated. Warning you here

This is what happened. Trying to warn you to stay away from this company. They will rip you off and waste your time:

4/7 placed order
4/9 they charged my credit card
4/24 I started emailing and asking what was going on with the order. Response: Will check... Will get back to you...
4/27 Our shipper is checking on it, will get back to you...
4/28 We'll send a refund. We had to fire someone in our shipping dept telling us that items are being sent that are not sent. Will process a refund by end business day.
4/29 Was the refund processes?
4/30 yes
5/19 Still do not have a refund... It's been 3 weeks
5/20 Will check with our processor
5/21 They said they processed, you should receive it within 3 days
5/27 I have no refund...
5/28 I'm the owner of the company and have contacted my processor. They have processed and should be with you Monday...
6/01 Still no credit showing up
6/10 Dear Keith,
Your company must be in the business of lying. It's been months... I will now do all I can on my end to get my money back and to be sure this doesn't happen to others. I'm Furious at this level of disrespect.
