Another victim to this ripoff artist

I made my order on a Friday afternoon. The money was taken from my account by Saturday morning. After 2 emails and 2 phone calls I have given up. This person has not responded to my request for either a delivery date or a refund. I received an order confirmation and her website doesn't even show the items have been shipped or when the will be.
Good job Steph you have ripped off another person
