Steph's Bags withdrew money out of my account, gave me a confirmation number, and told me I would receive my merchandise within 1-3 business days. This was on October 25th

I ordered (8) bags from steph's bags on october 25th. She gave me a confirmation number and also mentioned that they used fed ex to deliver and it would take 1-3 business days to receive my order. Its now december 13th and i have not received anything. I have called and emailed this lady... I got two responses from her apologizing for the delay and the bags should be in that week. This was 3 weeks ago. She obviously does not understand what customer service means. When you read her website information, dont help them or they will help themselves to your $.
