Steph's Bags 1 to 5 DAYS? No way

Like others we made the mistake of ordering corn hole bags from Stephs Bags, We did so on 8/30/09 with the understanding they would be mailed to us with in 1-5 business days!!! We also asked to ship only chosen colors. Today is Tuesday 9/15/09, I don't know about you, or maybe BUSINESS DAYS are different in Kentucky. Your guess is as good as mine! Maybe Steph could answer my questions? Thats a good one, seeing as she never returned any of my phone calls or e-mail. The e-mail was sent to her on 9/11/09 with no responce so far. The customer service area on her web site shows no shipping date or tracking# SURPRISE-SURPRISE-SURPRISE... The one thing it did show was that on Sunday Aug. 30, the day we made the order, she had time to charge my credit card for the bags with $9.99 (standard (1-5 Business Days) shipping charge! *Live and learn* IF YOU NEED CORN HOLE BAGS DONT GO TO STEPHS BAGS, Unless you have a lot of time to wait for them...
