Someone named Jen (from Black Pond Outfitters) Emailed me the following: Hi, just wanted to give everyone a heads up - we had a shop fire which destroyed everything in the office (computers, printers, records etc) - this has caused some problems with the order pipeline as you can imagine
- if you have not received your item PLEASE let me know and let me know what it was including color, size etc and your address - we will be reshipping if we can't put our hands on valid tracking immediately. I will include a freebie copy of our instructionals here as a thank you for your patience - please kindly nudge me if you have not heard from me in 24 hours of you sending your email - I would also like to extend to you 15% off your next purchase if you decide to do so - the purchase will need to be made through our online store (link below) as this mess has caused our detailed shipping rating on ebay to fall and cause us to have a 30 day suspension (we have explained to ebay what happened and they simply do not care.) thanks again for your patience while we straighten out this mess and have a happy holiday.

Now I've responded to her email 2 or 3 times even giving her my phone number & to call me. I haven't heard back from anyone. What a scam artist! Do NOT buy anything from them! I paid like $80.00 and for Nothing!
