Jennifer Greer Black Pond Outfitters Won eBay auction, Paid promptly, many excuses, many months and no product sent to me from Black Pond Outfitters

I won an eBay auction for paracord rope riding reins (custom). These were not inexpensive! I received many emails with many excuses but the reins never came. She was very good at delay tactics and won my sympathies. The auction was won in Sept. 2007 and the last email I received was Aug. 8. There is some confusion about the woman's name. The original name on their PayPal account was Anna Grier. The correspondences was signed by Jennifer Greer however. I tried their website, phone, and email today to find all were no longer functional. Anyone want to press charges against them with me?
