Rude service

Since I have was a visitor of the membership, the assistant required my drivers license. After might work out, I requested for it back, but he couldn't think it is. The Supervisor offered me his card and explained to call-back 24 hours later just in case it resulted in. I named, however it was his day-off. A worker RUDELY advised me the membership was no accountable for missing home. Since I have was browsing from Boston, this reduction wasn't just inconvient, but organizing substitute driving preparations was costly. I never received an easy apology.
