Bad customer service

Recently I had been at an A.M.P. M from Ynez and Rancho California Road in Temecula. There is a lady carrying a name-tag stating "Assistant Director Kimberly", she was exceedingly rude. I had been along the way of getting my vary from the worker and maynot support but discover how noisy she was shouting at another worker. Kimberly advised not requested the worker at hand her chocolate. The employee passed her the incorrect chocolate and he or she bursted out by shouting and cursing in the worker. With this evening I'd my kids with me, personally I think this conduct is very uncalled-for from an assistant supervisor. Not just can I never go back to this gasoline station, but personally I think this issue ought to be managed in an expert way. Personally I think somebody such as this doesn't deserve an assistant supervisor position.
