Extremely Rude Customer Service

I had been in my own community Kohls today to buy a leather layer and dress clothing. I introduced the things towards the register plus they were rung up. The purchase was for $190. I offered the worker a Credit gift-card that had $23 credit left onto it. She swiped the card eliminating the credit, and that I proceeded to utilize a bank card to pay for the remaining. She subsequently stated that I can't do this and he or she voided out the purchase. Then she created a few telephone calls on the best way to provide me back my credit. She subsequently got off the telephone and explained that I'd need to delay 14 days for that credit to become put-back on my Gift-Card. I questioned why it was since I have wasn't the main one who created the error and that I shouldn't need to delay. I expected her why she couldn't simply provide me shop credit and utilize it toward the purchase given that they possess the credit from my card. She stated she couldn't get it done. I stated that I will have Something Special Card that I can't use due to her error. I required a to go over the problem. The individual in control, Chantal, was excessively rude and completely unsympathetic towards the scenario they had set me in. She contacted me and rudely questioned "what is your issue" like I had been placing her out. It was after I waited for five minutes on her showing up. I set my palm up after I began to talk and he or she quickly quipped for me personally to place my hand-down. I began to talk and he or she explained to become peaceful so she might clarify the problem, after SHE'D requested me exactly what the situation was. I simply needed my credit back they had obtained and so I might be on my approach. She was completely unhelpful, and many occasions smirked and chuckled after I was speaking with her.
