Will rip you off!

We purchased a 110 cc gocart for our handicapped nephew july 18. We purchased it (978.00) from doug, it took nearly 3 wks before we received it. Jacob our handicapped nephew rode it about 40 -50 hours the accelarator cable broke. We contacted atvdiscounter and purchased a new one we received it 6 months later. Then the first week of june we put it on and started the go cart. It ran for about 10 minutes. On june 18 we took it to local repair shop, we reinformed that the engine was bad. Since june 20 i have contacted atvdiscounter well over 150 times they have emailed me twice and called me 3 times saying that they would send engine. Of course they lied!!! It is now july 12 and engine has yet to arrive. These people are lying scum and i really dont know why the state of texas doesnt close them down?
