Engine World USA
Used Japan Motors Payed the cash they did not delive

Cars & Transport

I purchased an engine from Engine World USA on Thursday, May 18. I was told it would be shipped out and arrivale to the shop will be on Monday 24. On Thursday, May 26, seven days after I purchased the engine, it had not arrived. I called Engine World USA to see if the engine was shipped. I was told by the lady who answered the phone (The same Lady that took the order). She told me they had shipping issues and that it would be sent out today (Thursday, May 26) and will arrive to the shop on Tuesday, June 1. She also told me she would send me a shipping invoice by email.

On Friday, May 27 I had not recieved the shipping invoice as told. I called the 1-800 number and left a message due to no one answered the phone. I emailed the company and had not recieved a reply. I called the shop number, 1-713-863-9195. A male subject answered the phone and told me he was the manager and advised me he would look into it and call me back on Saturday morning May 28.

It's now Saturday, May 28 and I have not heared from Engine World USA. They have not delivered the engine as they said they would and now my confidence on getting a good usable engine as the advertised is now in question.
