Ordered 2 pr of heely's in November. Delivered on dec4 & 5 (separately) but never received. When contacted company on dec 13th told a "carrier claim" would be filed & would take 7-14 business days for claim & could not reimburse item until that was completed. I could reorder & PAY for another 2 prs of shoes (a christmas present) that i may or may not receive & but would not reimburse until carrier claim made through sportsauthority.com.
