Displays incompetence bad business horrible service and charges for wrong products

First and foremost, don't buy from sportsauthority online. It is a different business that the regular Sports Authority stores and they do not help each other out. Read this and learn from my mistakes.

I ordered a set of Golden Bear Golf Clubs, $300. They sent me a set of ski poles. When I called them they needed another $300 because they didn't have the other item back (they certainly weren't worth $300). Then they went me a Bejorne childs potty training seat, I didn't even know sports authority carries this item. So, I call them again, but this time they don't need another $300 dollars, because it is close to Christmas, they changed their rules for Christmas (even though it was only a week later). So, I finally recieved the clubs after 3 tries and $600.

Now I am trying to get the other $300 back. Weeks after I had sent the items back they were sayinig they didn't have them. A month later they have both of the other items and saud they were issueing a refund. This happened 3 different times over the course of 3 weeks. Never recieved the refund on my card. So, I disputed the charges and got my money back. Now the driver is having issues and noone will help, not even the Golden Bear/Jack Nicholaus golf company.

During this whole ordeal, Sports Authority customer service hung up on me several times and at one point said they didn't know why I was getting upset. Many of their CS people were rude and never yelled or swore at them, even though I probably should have.

This is the most incompetent company I have ever worked with, and that is saying something, because we all know how stupid some companies can be. Please learn from my mistakes and never use sportsauthority.com.
