Gart Brothers No returns only will take your money

After 25 years doing business with this company, being a loyal customer, I went to return a defective Nike cap torn by the seam. To my surprise, I was rejected with a very poor customer service. The manager said "Contact NIKE".. Just like that. The rest of the staff seemed to be having a great time watching this "exchange". My recommendation do not waste your time buying anything from these guys, they may have cheap prices but their policies are just as cheap and it will cost you dearly.
