FYE Missing Shipments/Horrible Customer Service

I placed an order and it was shipped in two shipments. I received one and not the other. I tried to contact FYE and sent emails to request assistance in reimbursement with no luck. Their email system is in a loop that tell you to call their 800 number. Their 800 number is automated and loops back and forth through different options directing you to their internet site.

After being on hold for 30 minutes and requesting a representative numerous times I was finally able to talk to someone who informed me a claim was being filed on my behalf for the missing shipment. This was 2 months after the shipment was to arrive. I should have been reimbursed for the item I did not receive.instead 3 weeks later when I called FYE again to follow up on my claim I was told to contact the carrier directly to file a claim with them because FYE was denying my claim. It was their customer's (me) word against the carrier and they did not know who to believe. What happened to the customer is always right???

This is not the way to do business. The carrier send me back to FYE as they are who I placed my order with and they could not help me. I am absolutely never purchasing anything from FYE. Bottom line, their customer service is horrible, they do not know how to treat their customers, and they should ensure customers received items that have been bought and paid for!
