Scam, they are a complete ripoff they told me i had nothing to pay, then a month later i was alredy reported to a collections agency. Yet, to my knowledge and according to the representative i had nothing to pay. Puerto rico

I wen't to get a consoltation, they took me around and told me to that i was getting a month free. They even gave me a little plastic card to go in. The day I got a call from a representative telling me to go in for a phisical it was part of the free trial and told me ""You should come, and you can see if this gym thing"" as she called it was ment for me.

I never returned, and as I was told by them it was just a free trial. A month later i resived a call from a collections agency telling me i had a balance of $194.00, and that I had to payit emidietly or they wouldhaveto turn the file to another agency, whichvery unpolitely said by the lady, that ""they will sue you."" I asked her because there was never a contract, she said that there was, but everytime they would call i'd ask them to send me evidence, and they would justtell me to pay immedietly with a credit card or to tell them a check number, to just pay.

I then recive acall from an agency telling me a case number and that i was being sued. I panicked they even said they were sending officers to serve me with the court order and freeze my salary. The man who I spoke to called Jose Oquendo from Puerto Rico, noticed my histeria and, he said ""calm down, I belive you."" He persided to give me a name and number for the man who supposedly sined the papers and sent them. He said his name is Eduard De Marco, I preseded to call him, when I finally on a call with him he told me a wasto pay the full amount of the balance, that my salary and mypartners salary was to be frozen completly to pay of the balance, that i had to appear in court and be sued for a total amount of about $5000.00. But there was an alternative, he said if i paid him at that very moment $2064.00 it would be settled and iwoulden't even have to go to court. I did not have that amount of money.

My mother had to pay it over the phone with him and me on a confrence call, we were recorded and everything. After everything was supposedly settled, he told me i'd never have another problem with them and at all moment's, notting that there was never any contract. Every month since then Ive gotten calls from this agency, and every month since then and even a week ago i still get threatening calls telling me im being sued. We were ripedoff. Now nowbody knows who Eduard De Marco is I can never get in contact with him and my credit is completly damaged. I would like the money back, if there wasany way possible, cause this is a real scam.
Id advice anyone and everyone to be very careful, cause im still getting ripedoff.
