Miscellaneous

I had recieved a call about a year ago saying that i could get magazines 5 magazines for 49.00 every 6 months, i agreed and gave my credit card info and paid the first 49.00. Oh they also told me i would recieve a watch, which i never got. When i got the first magazines they were non of the ones i wanted so i called to change, they said they would send me a form to fill out. Anyways I then got a bill for 250 dollars or around that amount! I called to ask and they said i was over due! I explained that i only signed up to pay 49.00 every 6 months and then they said i couldnt get out of my contract!!! I said what contract!?? I never signed a contract!? Anyways i refused to pay so they put me to some collections agency in great falls montana called credit and collections, they then started calling and saying i was going to be sued if i didnt pay, i got so fed up i paid 264 dollars and then they said to call back the publishers on the first and i would be able to cancel my contract, well the problem is, I cant get a hold of these people! Every number i dial is busy or goes straight to voice mail! Now the credit agency is sending me letters saying i owe 1189.44 dollars!!! Please if you know of anything that could help me please let me know!!!
