Ripoff item not received won't refund money ignoring my calls

First of all, the date of purchase I have provided is an approximation because no email confirmation was received from the seller. After two weeks, the product (a pair of black skateboarding shoes) was still not received even though the payment of around $69 has been taken out of my bank account.

My first of many attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. They never picked up the phone at any time that I called them (morning, afternoon, night). One day in November, I got lucky, and spoke to one of their guys to tell them that I need my money back because the product has not been shipped. They said that their computer crashed that's why they lost all the order information, and will issue the refund in 72 hours. No refund was given.

After more unsuccessful attempts to contact them, I got hold of Vince around December. I told him about my problem, and he said that he can't give me a refund because he just shipped the product the day before. He said I have to reject the package, and give him a call so he can issue the refund. The product came and I rejected it.

Frustrated, I called many many times again before I got hold of a guy named John around late January. I asked him if they still have my credit card info so they can issue a refund and he said yes they do. He said that the refund will be posted in 72 hours. NO refund was issued.

I believe that I have done more than enough effort on my part to resolve this issue with the seller, but they don't seem to be a real honest company to deal with. Most of the time, their website doesn't even work. Www.californiadaze.com
