Searchvitamin is a ripoff

I ordered the 3.95 free trial sample which I never received. 10 days later I had a charge of 89.31 show up on my account. I started calling the toll free nbr at that time. I sat on hold that time approximately 22 minutes before someone came on line. I told her that I had never received my trial package. She told me that they showed confirmation of delivery as 2 days after I had placed the order. I asked her how the product was shipped and she said usps. I pointed out to her that usps does not give confirmation of delivery unless a registered or certified letter that requires a signature. She immediately told me that they would just issue a refund since I was an unhappy customer. I have now called there a total of 5 times. I have sat on hold for hours but always talked to someone. Different story everytime. I was even told to call the postal service and make sure that they were not shipping my mail somewhere else. Everytime I call back I have been told that a refund had been issued and that iI needed to check with my bank. I have yet to receive any product or any refund and it has been nearly 2 months since the initial transaction. I am out $93.26 and am feeling pretty ripped off.
