Unprofessional, takes the lazy way out extreme lowball

An appraiser from this company came into my home and spent less than ten minutes to do a complete appraisal. She was rude and acted like she did not want to be there. When she comped my house she took the lazy way by comping it with three REO properties more than two miles away. I will add that these properties sold for less than 45% of their subdivision. The whole process was very unprofessional and will most likely result in no refi for me. They should ot be paid for this kind of shoddy work.
