Nasty and rude on the phone. Did not want to help out his custome

This appraiser was very rude and unprofessional with me. I was trying to help a lady who was in trouble with her mortgage and this appraiser refused to help me with this appraisal. All I asked him to do was to go back out and re-inspect this property and he used some dirty language with me. I would advise anyone not get an appraisal with this person.
