We had this company do a appraisal of our home and property for the purpose of refinance. They told us that they had never seen a more fantastic and beautiful home and property and that we would for sure get a great appraisal. They appraised our property $80,000 under the tax appraisal and our home just a little higher. Our neighbor next door received an appraisal on their for sale home from a different appraiser also this month. Our neighbor says his house needs to be completely rebuilt or torn down. His appraisal was $475,000, Ours per N W Valuations is $550,000. They compared it to a house in Bremerton the sold for more. We paid $600 to them and would love to have it back. These people need to find another line of work.
