Adele Marie Coldman incompetent and disrespectful of customer complaint

I had an appraisal done by Coldman Enterprise to get a refinance loan on some property I own. The appraisal report was shabby work and was not done according to conversations that I had with appraiser. The appraiser knew that no recent sales of comparable property could be found in the immediate area and she informed me of this from the beginning, so she said she would look for comparable property in the neighboring community. She did not do this. She picked properties to compare to mine that were not alike in building looks, or size. She picked some foreclosed and boarded up properties as comparison to my complete rehabbed property with tenants occupying the property. This was not good work. Her fees were also not comparable to what is charged in the area. I did extensive research to come to my conclusions that she was incompetent and unprofessional. Because of the appraisal that she did submit to the mortgage company I was not able to get my loan. Her appraisal fee was not refundable, so I am out of $425.00 with nothing to show for it. She hung up on me when I tried to call her to discuss revising her appraisal and using properties as she originally had discussed. She needs to be out of business!!!
