Ripoff Mr. Stapleton sold 3 properties to me that was fraudulently appraised

The rationale behind this summary is to prove that Mr. Stapleton sold 3 properties to me that was fraudulently appraised. The properties are in very bad locations in Indianapolis. The lender, Ameriquest, the appraiser, the title company were all part of the scheme of selling inflated properties to me that has been proven can not sell in the market place. The mortgage company when confronted was very quick to offer a short sale on the properties.

I have to admit, I thought it was strange that the Ameriquest approved three loans with a sum of $295,000, considering that my yearly income is $40,000.
The appraisal done by Higgens Appraisal Group also suggested there was fraud attached to these properties. The original appraiser, Lisa Phillips, Trainee, was very defensive when I questioned her about her due diligence, and quickly blamed Mr. Stapleton.

Mr. Joseph Gillum with GMAC Carpenter Realitor, also suggested that there is fraud related to the properties. He was so convinced of it, he contacted the FBI.

Ameriquest has refused to indicated the appraised value by the above Appraiser, refused to mail documents which I requested, refused short sale in writing. This case is being investigated.
