Michael Berry Theft of $5,000

On June 29 we ordered a Walk in Tub From EZ Tubzz out of Salt Lake City, the Gentleman told us it would take 4 to 6 weeks before installation after 10 weeks we called him and he said that the tub was on back order, he said he would call us when it came in. We have tried to contact him at no response, we finally reached him and he told us it was being shipped to him as we speak. We heard nothing for over a month and we finally contacted the Police Department, they called and he called us back said he would ship tub to us, his installer moved out of area. It now has been 5 months and he will not answer our calls. We paid for the tub and installation. We paid $5,000.00 and still no tub
