Formally lending tree 400.00 appraisal close on time

Discover home loans is horrible!!! I started two months ago to purchase a hud owned home. I was pre qualified for a fha loan. I put a 1000 dollars earnest money down and got hud to approve my contract. I started all the steps right away with discover. First thing is the 400.00 appraisal fee. I paid it up front. To find out the appraisal has already been done and know one had to go out and do another. They made sure to let me know this is non refundable. So now I am up to 1400.00. Now my contract ends in two days. My loan has been in the approved status of the underwriter for about two weeks. I was just told yesterday that I will need to get an extension on the contract which costs me 375.00 more dollars. Oh but one problem hud requires you to do so at least five days before your contract is set to expire!!! So what that means is the house is not going to happen! Its very hard to get a straight answer out if them and they are cowards! I wish I would have tried to gothrough a different lender. 3 days ago they told me its safe to pack and now and I did. Now I have to unpack!!! They have ruined my life!!! And all I am is another number with 400.00 to give them!!! They never have to approve someones loan just BS you and take their 400.00 then move on!!! Anyone out there looking to do what I have done please do your research first and do not use discover they will take you to the cleaners
