Personal experience in dealing with rip-offs. Hope it'll help others

I've read a lot of complaints on this site regarding Sprint PCS practice.in one way or another I've experinced most of them and found a way how to deal with Sprint in most efficent manner saving my time and getting results. If it'll help you just spread the word to help others. Here how it works:

1. Do not spend much time trying to call customer service - one call is enough, besides they are so dumb that no matter how many times you calling your problem won't be resolved.instead go online, log into My PCS and send them email. Your email will be assigned a tracking number and return receipt will be emailed back to you. That will established a record that you tryed to address problem.

Time saving tip: Type your complaint in Word and then paste into email. There will be more emails to send and there is no need to retype it every time.

2. You will receive reply on email within 24hrs. Ecare representative are much more intellegent than their peers at calling centers, and most of the problems usually resolved at this level.in any case you'll have written explanation why your problem can be resolved and you can use this further.

3. Next step is to file a complaint with FCC (www.fcc. Gov) and FTS (www.ftc. Gov), your tax money at work. It's very easy to fill out and you can cut and paste your complaint. Your complaint will be forwarded back to Sprint and assigned to so-called Executive Response Team or something like this. If your problem is legitimate or even quasy-legitimate it definetely be solved at this level. These people are smart and friendly and know what they doing, at least those who worked on my complaints.

4. If your problem is still not resolved you can do a research and join a pending class action or go to court by yourself, in any case you'll be equipped with all necessary records.
