BlackBerry Unable to Recieve Cox Email

After many hours with the Sprint help desk, my new BlackBerry 8530 is still unable to recieve any Cox email. Neither company has resolved the problem. People who use Cox email should be aware that Sprint BlackBerries are not compatible before buying. You will need to set up a separate email service.
