Be Aware! Moving company ripoff Do Not Use! Major Damage! No customer Service! Unexperienced!

Salesman, James, said crew was trained and experienced. Crew was neither. Crew damaged an enormous amount of items. Foreman has no control of the situation. What happened: they damaged old wood paneling, knocked down large piece of crown molding, broke leg ox expensive antique chair, smashed side of commode, dented several pieces of furniture, broke lamp socket by packing it upside down (charged me for packing material and time to do it wrong), they dropped boxes that were marked "very fragile" on them, they crammed all boxes and items in the truck so hard, several items got smashed.

No one in the company returns messages or emails to discuss the situation.
