Deceptive practices 1/2off lenses. What a crock!

I purchased my Frames (149.99) & lenses ($375). I gave them my insurance card. They said it is POLICY, "you cannot get the 1/2 off AND use your insurance, it's an either OR situation". NO WHERE do they have that in writing. I specifically asked them to see that policy in writing, they didn't have it! They told me to call they're main office on Boynton Beach, FL The Optician said it is their policy and has always been that way. I told him the LAW said they have to post their policy to enforce it!!!

Isn't that breaking the Consumers laws, the very laws that say they must be specific and show the verbiage where the consumer can see it?

Google Lenscrafters, you will see how many people are complaint. I am calling and filing a complaint against them with Consumer affairs.
