Lenscrafter billing irregularity

I am writing to seek a proper contact address to report a troubling encounter at the Lenscrafters in Hillsboro OR.

We (family of 3) visit Lenscrafters hillsboro several times year for our annual check ups and contacts and frames.

We were dealt very rudely and irregularly today when we visited to get our lenses. We were told that our insurance (eyemed) which has remaining coverage cannot cover for the lenses since we billed for a few boxes earlier this year.

Earlier this year when we visited (in person) the sales people at the desk misinformed that we can use part of the eyemed insurance then and come back to use the rest later.

Also, the sales lady did not match the price from costco which they did on our previous visit.

The person (manning the billing counter at 7PM on 8th May) also behaved nonchalantly. When we asked to explain the billing we got a very rude reply and were asked to approach the manager Molli Grayson.

I think the irregular billing, providing misinformation about our insurance plan are very unprofessional. We seek redress for our inconvenience
