Price of lenses - Ray Ban prescription eyewea

After not being able to find the frames I wanted, I ordered a pair and took it to Lenscrafters to have them install lenses. They quoted me a price of over $400! Walmart had quoted $125, but it involved a 10 day wait. When I asked why the huge price difference, the store manager very dismissively told me it was an issue of quality. I left Lenscrafters, went to another eyeglass store in the same mall and recieved my lenses for $86 in 1 1/2 hours time. I went back to Lenscrafters and reported that my glasses seemed just fine and asked if they could explain the quality difference as my lenses must be less than 1/4 the quality they were going to provide. She suggested I contact their parent company.
