Dishonesly overcharged wireless phone bill

Verizon wireless is the biggest ripoff company going. My husband made a payment over the phone for roughly $269.00 for which they said they never received this payment, that the bank reversed this payment on july 29. I do not believe this being my bank has always contacted be in regards to any problems that have arised, and ok'd any transactions that have been approved by me for over the phone payments. I believe verizon does not know what they are doing, both in customer service, billing dept, internet dsl. They have incumbentent people who do not know what they are doing. We are now stuck with a $730.00 cell phone bill, which included both me and my husbands phones and have no idea when it will get paid off.

Any person reading this, get wise, and do not purchase a contract with verizon, buy the minutes, and be in your own control. Both my husband and i learned the hard way bt this.
