Verizon wireless is to big to be personal any more. Everytime i switched plans to a bigger plan because supposedly i went over my minutes again. Now for the last 5 months i have spent over 400 dollars a month for 2 phones... They keep charging from wireless to wireless and they are not supposed to. Everybody i know has verizon there bill is never 498 dollars. This is crazy. They are a complete ripoff we dont even have control over our own credit or bill from company's anymore???
