Bills Over $400 a Month for Two Phones After Plan Upgrades

Verizon Wireless is to big to be personal any more. Every time I switched plans to a bigger plan because supposedly I went over my minutes again. Now for the last 5 months I have spent over 400 dollars a month for 2 phones... They keep charging from wireless to wireless and they are not supposed to. Everybody I know has Verizon there bill is never 498 dollars. This is crazy. They are a complete ripoff we don't even have control over our own credit or bill from company's anymore???
