Well, after discovering this panel and studying the various issues about Hollister, it appears like I'm one of several who're discovering that the corporation has nightmarish customer support.

I bought three (3) sets of pants for my boy. Upon his attempting them on athome, we discovered them to become the incorrect dimension, and so I experimented with return them towards the shop in new situation, with all labels in position with the initial bills. The very first affiliate attempted to approach the reimbursement, but was having trouble so he required the help of the "store-manager". This child actually comes over and claims he does not wish to accomplish the reimbursement and, "... The plan about the back of the bill claims I can!" What?!?

Don't attempt to contact anybody at corporate since the quantity they provide you with bands to some voice-mail program that'll not permit voice emails to become left. I have tried contacting the client support division and was informed that shop administrators may do whatever they need. Cheers. Amazing

I'll not quit seeking treatment of the problem! Has other people had chance finding someone at corporate that cares about customer support?
