Replacement Range Not Delivered After Technician Found No Parts

AHS was notified 30 September that the GE range covered under our contract was not working.
Their contractor, SEARS (VA) NCC, scheduled a visit 5 October.
The technician inspected the unit, determined there were no repair parts; too old. It needed replacement, and I was told that I would be contacted ".. Monday or Tuesday..", It is now Thursday evening, having spent a couple of hours on the phone with Sears and AHS with no joy.
Maybe tomorrow will be better.
Previous transactions with AHS have been satisfactory.
