Cancelled service on appliance that has been out of order since 2009

I purchased an american home shield insurance contract for maintenance of my home... My fisher paykle dish washer has been malfunctioning since 2009... Three different appliance service companies have tried to fix the unit... All parts have been replaced except the shell... They refuse to replace the unit... The last repair company broke the drawer lid and lock assembly and ordered new parts...

I received the new parts but the contractor sears repair cancelled the appointment after waiting three weeks and spending the day at home waiting. Ahs refuses to allow me to call an appliance company other than sears (who wants me to wait until 2-9-12 for service which will put my machine out of service for one month... I have talked to supervisors who just put me off to another department and they cannot help so i am forced to call another service company to do the work... And pay for it my self as ahs is refusing unless i use sears.
