Gas Water Heater replacement - Kenmore Hot Water Heate

To Whom is may concern.

Yesterday I received services from American Home Services Contractor provided by Sears Co. After the works was completed by the Contractor I have to say very quick the job was just a little over an hour from the Technicians. However, when I saw the bill was described by Sears Representative I was totally shocked it because the unit itself I would estimated roughly 700.00$ is the MAX and labor should be rounded up about 250.00$ for over an hour worked.

I think I've been cheated by Sears and honestly I am not happy at all to paid $1500.47 for a Gas water heater...!!! It's RIDICULOUS amount that we have to pay to Sears for this kind of service. I'll personally will take this case to BBB for the investigation if Sears did not help me to pursue what I needed to know and understand about the charges.
