At&t 3rd party billing scam

I am a Disabled Senior Citizen and have an AT&T Prepaid Go Phone that is used primarily for emergencies. With a prepaid phone you do not receive a monthly bill and I really do not check the balance that often. When I finally did check I realized that over $160.00 was missing. After spending several hours on the phone with AT&T it was determined that two companies had been charging my phone for unauthorized purchases. They are:
Dada Entertainment @motime.com and Jesta Digital
Here is the problem. They were allowed to bill my phone because I had not responded to a text message stating that I would be billed if I did NOT respond! Really!!?? I do not receive text messages and if I see one know it is unsolicited and immediately deleted. This is just outright FRAUD! AT&T would only refund $60.00 so I am still out $100.00.
