I recently switched to Cingulair from another carrier, My bill tripled by the second billing. Cingulair refuses to admit that billing is incorrect and refuses to offer me any credit. All that Customer Service does is tell me lie after lie to justify billing and give me a big run around.

The FCC/GOV needs to address the issues of the consumer regarding this Corporation and do something to stop them from ripping us off.
